Q: What is Pouch?

A: 

Pouch is a free Browser Extension that saves you time and money when shopping online. Our clever technology recognises the website that you are on, and then simply displays all the best available voucher codes for that store. This allows you to enjoy a seamless shopping experience where you can access the best discounts without ever leaving the website.

Q: How does Pouch work?

A: 

When you are on a UK ecommerce website, Pouch will let you know the number of voucher codes available for that website

When you click on our icon (in the top right hand corner of your screen), a drop-down list will appear which displays all of the available offers. Just click on one of the offers, and the related voucher code will automatically copy.

Then just paste the code into the voucher code box at the checkout page and get your discount!

It really is that simple!

Q: How do I get started?

A: 

Just click the “Add To Browser” button on our home page or in the header (if reading this on desktop) to install Pouch, and you can start saving money straight away!

Q: Why should I log in to Pouch?

A: 

Logging in to Pouch will give you access to additional exclusive voucher codes that you will receive via the extension and email, improving your online shopping experience by saving you time and money!

Q: Is Pouch free?

A: 

Yes, Pouch is completely free to download and use! And it always will be!

Q: How does Pouch make money?

A: 

On some websites and for certain purchases that are completed using one of our voucher codes, we are paid a small commission from the retailer. The user never pays this cost.

Q: Why didn't my voucher code work?

A: 

We are sorry about that! Sometimes voucher codes have certain rules attached to them before they can be correctly applied.

In some cases, you need to spend over a certain amount of money, or buy a certain number of items, to get a discount. In other cases you need to purchase particular products from certain product categories (such as ‘Get 10% off red shoes’). You can see these rules in the deal description when you click on the Pouch icon.

Also, sometimes codes expire. We do our very best to remove expired codes from our system, but sometimes we are not told when a code expires early. We always want to improve your experience, so please let us know if a code is no longer valid by contacting us at info@joinpouch.com

Q: What kind of information does Pouch collect about me?

A: 

All data that we collect from our users is anonymous. We try to understand our user’s shopping behaviour so that we can improve their shopping experience and build better features to save them money.

We also use this data to negotiate better deals for our users from selected stores. We do not sell any data to third parties.

Q: I don't use Google Chrome or Safari. Does Pouch work on other browsers?

A: 

Unfortunately, as we are a new company, we have only built for Chrome and Safari so far. However, we are working on building Pouch for Firefox and Edge.

Q: Does Pouch work on Mobile or Tablet?

A: 

Currently Pouch is only available on desktop/laptop. We are working on a Mobile/Tablet app to be released in 2018.
